Christy brings many years of experience spanning midwifery, sexual and reproductive health, gender-informed care, and chronic infections. She is the lead prescriber for HRT and MHT at Bespoke, supporting patients with nuanced, medically supervised hormone care across diverse life stages.

Chelsea Wing is a Thunder Bay–based Bowen therapist who uses gentle, precise bodywork techniques to support the nervous system, release tension, and help the body return to a state of balance and healing

Brooke keeps Bespoke running smoothly. She leads clinic systems and operations, and manages communication between patients, practitioners, and the wider care team
