Chelsea Wing

Chelsea Wing’s path into healing work has been shaped by more than two decades of exploring the connection between the body, breath, and nervous system. Through her training in Bowen therapy, breathwork, restorative yoga, and other healing modalities, she has developed a gentle approach that works with the body rather than against it. Her sessions are quiet, spacious, and restorative—using subtle Bowen movements and pauses to allow the nervous system time to reset and the body to release tension. Clients often describe feeling deeply relaxed and rebalanced after a session, as if their body has been given the space it needed to reorganize and heal.

Chelsea Wing is a Bowen therapist and transformational healing practitioner based in Thunder Bay. With more than 20 years of experience in the healing arts, she has trained in several body- and mind-based modalities including massage therapy, Bowen therapy, breathwork, restorative yoga, and transformational coaching.

Chelsea’s work focuses on supporting the body’s natural ability to rebalance and heal. Through gentle bodywork and nervous-system-focused approaches, she helps clients release tension, restore mobility, and reconnect with a greater sense of physical and emotional wellbeing.

She offers Bowen therapy and transformational breathwork sessions designed to promote relaxation, resilience, and deeper healing for individuals experiencing stress, pain, or nervous system dysregulation.
